Class Descriptions
Beginning/Gentle (B) Level 1
A great introduction for those new to yoga, recovering from injuries, or easing into an exercise routine. Class emphasizes breathwork, proper alignment, and body awareness.
Intermediate (I) Level 2
For the student moving from Beginning/ Gentle or who is an athletic beginner, this class will strengthen and stretch your body, mind, and spirit. You will journey deeper into your practice in these hatha based classes that treat your body to a delicious workout, emphasizing breathwork, core strengthening, and holding poses. Change your perspective while learning the flow of Sun Salutations and inversions practiced at the wall. Classes taught in a heated room (80°), so be prepared to sweat!
Vinyasa (V)
These classes are for the student with some yoga experience or who is an athletic beginner. Flow yoga, or the linking of postures and breath, creates a dynamic workout for the body, mind and spirit. Strong emphasis on Sun Salutations and more advanced poses. So come with a sense of adventure, an open mind, and be ready to sweat! Classes taught in a heated room (80°).
Private Instruction/ Yoga Therapy
Offered for those interested in taking their practice deeper as well as those recovering from injuries, dealing with pain, and or disease.
